INSTITUTIONAL We took this mid-century gem down to its bones in order to update and upgrade finishes and fixtures, and to create more livable spaces for its new owners.  New interior and exterior stucco, handcrafted tiles, and period-appropriate hardware now contribute to this one-of-a-kind residence's rebirth.
