Since 1990, Amy Reichert Architecture + Design has been creating spaces that respond to the desires and constraints of a wide variety of clients and sites. In our architectural and exhibition work, We love the collaborative process that both architecture and exhibition design entail, and believe the best projects are born of creativity, communication, and attention to detail.

Amy Reichert holds a BA in Studio Art and an MArch from Yale University, and is on the faculty at the School of the Art Institute, Chicago. Our studio staff includes LEED-certified professionals, and associates with a wide range of experience in the design of the built environment.


Many of our projects are additions to historic houses and renovations of various types of existing buildings. Our architectural services range from site planning and programming to cabinetry detailing.


Amy Reichert Architecture + Design offers a complete range of museum exhibition services, from concept development through exhibit design, copy writing/editing, and fabrication/installation supervision. Since 1993, we have been producing award-winning exhibits on topics as diverse as early 20th century Viennese art and the history of the children’s pedal car.
